ABOUT

Headshot.jpeg

Something that I lived and learned is that loss & change are constant in life.

What inspired me to start a movement, were the losses and changes that shifted, shattered and shaped me thus far in my life.

How I overcame these obstacles was by first, feeling the feelings that aligned with these transitions.

Second, I reestablished a healthy mindset to perceive each and every challenge that arose.

...and much, much more!

The most impactful were the challenges of my physical body, the experiences surrounding the loss of my father and identifying many false identities that were built for me and my foundation.

My adaptive strength was operating throughout each life change.

Once uncovered, this type of strength is within all of us.

Amidst all of the loss and change,

my intuition sensed a catalyst for

reinventing my life and it's purpose.

In the midst of the pandemic, I became a certified life coach (CLC) in 2020.

AS FOR MY OWN EXPERIENCES WITH LOSS & CHANGE, I AM ABLE TO PROCESS AND HARNESS STRENGTH BY WORKING THROUGH AND HONORING MY CIRCUMSTANCES. I LEARNED THAT I CAN HEAL IN MY OWN, NONLINEAR TIME, BUT NOT BE CONSUMED BY THE LOSS.

Grief is ever-present and every-changing; a process that requires patience, compassion and no time limit.

In order to heal at your own pace, it's important to find a new way of living or approach to life, allowing yourself to be more present and intentional in order to create a new normal that is right for you.

I empower others to conquer their life shifts and pave their

most  authentic  path  moving  forward.

Kind words from clients...

"Macy's kindness and compassion shine through her work. Her ability to be unbiased and nonjudgmental allows for open communication and getting to the heart of one's intentions. I was working through a move and implementing new habits with the life change. Our sessions motivate me to work towards my goals (some of which I had not recognized were so important to me without her guidance) and stick with them. Speaking each week gives me the space to reflect and celebrate my progress - no matter how small. It's very apparent that Macy loves helping others. I highly recommend her service if you're looking to live a more positive and fulfilling life!"

Working with Macy thus far, what do you feel that you've improved the most on, in order to be the most authentic and truthful you for your future?

"I have learned that I need to accept things the way they are and I can’t change anyone or anything. Although some things I don’t like in life, I learned to accept it and deal with it head on if I need to. I have also taking a step back from things and I don’t involve myself where I am not needed."
